The Peter Ashley Activity Centre is pleased to offer facilities for use by many varied groups from schools, charitable organisations, corporate, and public services wishing to hold residential events, part or full day events in a unique location. The Function Room is our largest meeting space, it seats up to 50 people. This is the ideal space for large conferences or awards evenings. With the option of adding on the adjoining room of the same size for a networking space.

FP4 is our second largest conference room, it is versatile and illuminated with natural light. The room is equipped with a fixed projector. This space is perfect for moderately sized meetings but can make a great breakout space for team building activities. FP4 is popular choice for training courses and meetings.

Our two adjoining conference rooms are a versatile space with a simple room layout that features the opportunity for a small breakout/networking space in the next room. These rooms are offer privacy and quiet making them a popular choice for training courses and meetings.

FP1 & 2 attracts plenty of natural light and is situated upstairs meaning it is close to reception and easy access from the main entrance, making it a fantastic space for accessible meetings.

We have various smaller rooms, that can facilitate between 12 to 20 people. These rooms are great spaces to use for small team gatherings, as a green room for guest speakers or to store equipment.

All meeting room hires come with the following;

• Free Onsite Parking
• High Speed Internet
• Flipcharts if required
• Additional Projector & Travel Screen if required

Why not add on catering to your meeting?

Or if you fancy it you can self cater and hire the urn or self catering kitchen (which comes fully equipped with coffee machines, microwave, fridge, plates and more).

Add something a little bit extra to your meeting with some instructor led ice breakers or take part in some of the Centre’s main activities.
