Kata is a formal performance of the principles of Judo. The principles of throwing, groundwork, self-defence. Katas are performed in pairs and participants must have knowledge of Judo, yellow belts and above. The club has highly experienced coaches who are also international Judo Federation judges.
This is a unique side of martial arts and is great for children and adults of mixed abilities. This club is on a Monday from 7pm-8pm.
