Back to School Programme

Our Back to School programme has been specifically developed with the start of a new school year in mind. With the focus of the programme being about new starts, friendships and early development, the exciting, challenging and confidence building activities inspire lively interaction and emphasis on team building to fast-track the settling in period.

The day will be tailored to the needs of your children with an emphasis placed on breaking down barriers to engagement through a wide choice of outdoor and indoor adventure activities.

Some activities will see children step up as individuals to develop leadership skills and improve confidence, while others require teams to work together to achieve common goals.

You can choose a one-off session or day visit which includes fun activities based around team building and developing new and lasting friendships, or add on a big sleepover for an extra special trip. It’s the perfect taster before embarking on an even bigger adventure in their later school years.

Alternatively, this programme can be used as the end of year celebration for your Year 6 class, to help them prepare for the next stage of their education.

This package is ideal for team development, enrichment days, summer schools, induction days and much more!

A residential is an exciting new adventure for children at primary school. Often, a residential school trip is the first time many young students have stayed away from home.

The Benefits

Residentials have been shown to promote various benefits for young people in terms of personal development, such as:

  • a greater sense of independence
  • personal confidence
  • improved interpersonal skills
  • a greater sense of personal responsibility and time-keeping
  • personal care and hygiene

And what could be more fun than living in the outdoors and spending quality time with your friends?
