Air Rifle Shooting at Peter Ashley Activity Centres Portsmouth
NCS Adventures at PAAC, enjoy a fun-packed outdoor adventure!

National Citizen Service ( NCS) is an experience open to all 15-17 year olds. Nationally, more than 400,000 young people nationally have already said YES to NCS and many of them have enjoyed their second phase of their NCS journey here at PAAC.

PAAC love welcoming NCS groups to our centres because their core philosophy motivates us – creating new adventures, being in the outdoors and growing in confidence is why we do what we do. Through our variety of activities and challenges, NCS groups can work on team work, communication, increasing motivation and grow their own skills whilst enjoying a fun-packed outdoor activity stay.

We have been working with young people on their phase 2 residential since the inception of the NCS scheme. We love that the core themes of the NCS programme fits perfectly with our own Vision & Mission.  Established since 1983 we have a wealth of experience in motivating young people, and building teams using outdoor programmes.

You can choose whether to stay inside the 19th century Fort which can cater for up to 100 people, or camp in the Forts grounds. Whilst staying with us, we offer a wide range of catering options. You can also choose to hire out the facility on a self-catering basis or relax and enjoy our fully-catered option during your stay.
